Base-building Sessions 1-4
$150.00

Your journey begins here. In our first sessions, we’ll delve into the events that brought you to therapy and work on creating a developmental timeline. As we process your timeline, we’ll explore your history, attachment styles, coping strategies, and develop a roadmap for self-awareness, healing, and acceptance.

Treatment Sessions (45-50 minutes)
$135.00

After completing the foundational work, we move on to customizing treatment to address your individual therapeutic goals. This phase involves focusing on a specific trauma modality or cognitive approach. It is during this stage that clients typically observe the most progress toward their goals, as they develop a deeper understanding of their relationships with themselves, others, and the world around them.

Trauma Intensive (115-minute session)
$225.00

Some trauma targets need extended sessions to address effectively. The Trauma Intensive offers enough time for clearing and resourcing specific targets through EMDR. However, insurance does not cover the costs of the 115-minute Trauma Intensive session.

Meet your therapist

Hi everyone, and welcome to Good Vibes! I began my journey as a therapist at the renowned trauma and addiction center, The Meadows, in Wickenburg, Arizona. During my time there, I co-facilitated groups with Pia Mellody and trained with other leading experts like Peter Levine and Patrick Carnes. I developed a clinical understanding that foundationally, people can heal themselves, if they truly understand themselves. I use an attachment-based narrative to understand how past influences present patterns. This lays a foundation for self-compassion and lasting change.

I'm also a Captain in the Arizona Army National Guard, and wife and mom to three kids. I truly believe that therapy can help uncover the best versions of ourselves—healing our relationships and overall quality of life. Let’s dive in!
